A graduate of NYU Tisch Film and Television, Gillian has combined her experience in visual understanding of human relations, psychology, and her years as a producer of content, events and initiatives to imagine NEON. Since Founding NEON over 8 years ago, Gillian has worked with incredible developers, psychologists and industry experts to patent and launch NEON.
In her spare time, Gillian enjoys staying in touch with her local community teaching Barre classes, and was recently voted one of the "Best Barre Instructors in NYC" by ClassPass. She also enjoys cooking, travel, art, anything colorful and diverse, horses, cool cars and hanging out with her husband and her dog enjoying the simple things in life, like a good hike. Michael LaLuna is a certified public accountant with a wide range of experience in areas such as Assurance, Taxation and Internal Controls. Mr. LaLuna is a Tax Partner at LaLuna, Cohen and Lampert, LLC and is a current member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has experience working with clients in many different industries and of all different sizes.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. LaLuna was a Senior Accountant at one of the top 15 accounting firms in the country. While there he gained experience working on Companies in areas such as, Real Estate, Retail, Gaming and Entertainment, Technology, Software, Building Supply, and Insurance.
Prior to becoming a CPA, Mr. LaLuna graduated from New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and subsequently spent 3 years playing professional baseball for various teams including the Detroit Tiger’s Single A Affiliate.

Dr. Gwendolyn Seidman earned her Ph.D. in Social-Personality Psychology, with a minor in Quantitative Psychology, from New York University. She is currently an Associate Professor and department chair of Psychology at Albright College. She has published numerous academic articles on topics relating to close relationships, personality, and social media. She also writes regularly for Psychology Today Magazine.
Jerry Lee was born and raised in NYC. He received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Long Island University. His graduate degrees were received from Bucknell University (Experimental Psychology) and the University of Georgia (Biopsychology). Jerry's areas of interest are brain-behavior relationships and Heath Psychology.
Jerry is now retired after 34 years in academia. His retirement interests are hiking, fishing and photography. He has a second career running a hobby farm outside of Vancouver, British Columbia.
